In these Conditions of Use or of Sale, the "Seller" is JD Internet Marketing Limited of: Avondale, Pant Hill, Rhosllanerchrugog, Wrexham LL14 2DD, Wales, United Kingdom. Registered No. 7113798 (England & Wales). And The "Buyer" is the person, company or body placing an order with the Seller via the web site either directly or indirectly with intent to purchase goods and/or services described on the web site.
No variation in these terms will be permissible unless signed by a Director of the Seller.
How to order
You can order products displayed on our websites
- By telephoning us
- By emailing or posting a written order to us, or by completing an on-line order form.
- By utilising an on-line shopping cart system where provided.
If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. If you wish you can print this out so that you have a hard copy of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
Prices
Where prices are shown on our website we try to make sure that the prices are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel or amend your order and we will refund any monies that you have paid in excess of the amount due for any deliverable goods.
All quotations given by the Seller (unless otherwise agreed in writing) are subject to withdrawal and alteration without notice and do not constitute an offer to supply goods. Goods supplied against order via the web site will be charged at the price on the date of despatch. Prices, except those shown in the checkout area of the web site, do not include the costs of delivery and V.A.T. at 17½% (where applicable) which must be paid by the Buyer, unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Most Credit and Debit Cards are accepted through the Paypal secure payments Gateway (you do not need a Paypal account to use this payment method). You can also pay with a Paypal account, or by Cheque or Postal Order in UK£ Sterling. To ensure that your shopping on-line is secure, credit/debit details are only taken by the secure payments service of our gateway provider Paypal using secure server technologies.
The prices displayed on our web site are in British Pounds Sterling, and any orders received will be debited in British Pounds Sterling.
In the case of orders received by the Seller from outside the UK, the exact exchange rate will be determined by your credit card supplier at the time the order is processed. For payments by Money Order, Direct Bank Transfer or Cheque please contact us to obtain an agreed amount which will be calculated based upon the exchange rate ruling at the time.
Delivery
Delivery is usually from stock and will normally be dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of payment. Certain items are custom made and can take up to 10 working days for manufacture - in such cases we will inform you about the anticipated date of delivery. Parts may be delivered by post or by other carrier as deemed appropriate for the weight of the products concerned.
Returns
Goods may be accepted for return by prior arrangement in cases where the items are not as described, or are faulty in any way. Standard parts, if not required, may be returned by prior arrangement subject to a handling charge of 15% suitably packaged and on a carriage paid basis provided they are undamaged and are in a resaleable condition.
